We bring the "WOW" to everything we do!Job Overview:This position is unique in its design which will be rotational between various areas within the Shared Services Accounting Group (SSAG). Your daily assignments may vary providing diversification and would be considered non-routine in nature. This individual will be assigned to financial reporting (providing reports to leadership), and be in a support role, in which the individual will be responsible assisting SSAG departments (accounting, payroll, credit, etc. ), that is experiencing a lack of resources, an increase in volume, process change, or other specified need. The ability to adapt to different roles and changing environments, while maintaining a supportive and customer service focus is crucial for success. Responsibilities Below is a SAMPLE of varing responsibilities to be assigned as the candidate rotates through SSAG.:Financial ReportingProducing reports driven from our financial system, Oracle, for leadership and executive management.Supporting business intelligence report development.Ad-hoc projects.AccountingSales / Use Tax assistanceFixed Assets reportingInternational Accounting special projectsPayrollProcess high volume daily timecards and weekly payroll for hourly union employees timely and accurately.Accounts PayableExpense report auditing.CreditEnsuring the flow for credit requests. Qualifications Education/ExperienceBachelors Degree - Business, Accounting, or FinanceBasic accounting knowledge preferred Skills/Competencies:Microsoft Excel & OutlookExcellent organizational skills.Ability to maintain confidential information.High degree of professionalism and solid ability in delivering high quality customer service and establishing/maintaining effective and collaborative working relationships.Ability to work independently and as a team player.Ability to collaborate with team members and other internal business partners.Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.Ability to investigate, analyze and resolve simple to highly complex problems and escalate where necessary.Strong telephone and interpersonal skills.
