Job Description:/h3:
Appointment Setters Primary Purpose:
The role of the Appointment setter is to set appointments for a 30:minute demo with leads through outbound calling. This is a W2 position with an hourly rate + bonus.
Skills/Activities to Deliver Outcomes:
:Overcoming rejection is an important objective for Appointment Setters. Developing a successful cold call technique will not only improve potential sales, but helps Appointment Setter develop a thick enough skin that they can simply move on to the next prospect instead of dwelling on rejection. This may be one of the most difficult objectives for Appointment Setters who view rejection of the product theyre selling too personally.
:Ability to make a minimum of 25 calls per hour.
:Document all activity in CRM (Client Relationship Management) daily. Reporting to Sales Development Manager is weekly.
:The Appointment Setter must have excellent communication skills to be able to communicate effectively with team members, preferred partners, clients, client employees and peers.
:Ability to multi:task in a fast:paced, rapidly changing environment.
:Responds in a professional and courteous manner to escalated customers to reach an effective resolution.
Appointment Setter Responsibilities:
:Appointment Setters responsibility will be to conduct outbound calls daily through the marketing campaigns and call lists.
:Enter, manage and maintain daily all prospects, opportunities and account activity utilizing the CRM.
:Enter information captured during the call into the CRM.
:Performs other duties as assigned.

:High volume outbound calls with strong closing skills
:Strong verbal communication skills to effectively interact with decision makers is required.
:Must possess the ability to effectively communicate with others, perform in a team environment and relay necessary information as appropriate.
