Position Overview: 13;
The primary responsibility of the LOA/ADA Administrator is to track all leaves of absences to ensure compliance with federal law and company policy.
All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and The Venetian The Palazzo Casino Resorts policies, practices, and procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 13;
:Maintains highly confidential hotel, policy and team member information regarding Leaves of Absence.
:Answers telephone and assists walk:in team members by providing information regarding LOA/ADA issues and requirements.
:Ensures all the LOA documents are complete and determines the type of LOA/ADA eligibility for Team Members.
:Enters LOA/ADA information into AS/400 System and LOA/ADA tracking system.
:Notifies departments, Payroll and Data Control of those team members on LOA.
:Must be able to touch and handle supplies in a safe and non:hazardous manner, maintaining proper hygiene, cleanliness, and disposal methods.
:Performs any other related duties as assigned.
:Assess, evaluate and review data for organizing projects and/or providing direction on activities, tasks or processes in accordance with company guidelines.
:Arrange timeline to complete tasks and department assignments or projects, and meet the deadlines related to those assignments.
:Work on actual project or service to help achieve the objectives of the department.
:Evaluate information to render an opinion or take action based on that information that will impact the department or function.
:Possess skills to hasten resolution, assess course of action, and implement or take action based upon findings.
:Direct others in completion of a task or assignment. Render advice, and provide expertise or judgment based on information gathered, studied, analyzed or reviewed.
:Consistent and regular attendance is an essential function of this job.

Minimum Qualifications: 13;
:Proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States.
:High School diploma.
:Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both in spoken and written form. Preference for bilingual language skills in Spanish, both in written and spoken form.
:2 years of experience working with Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
:1 year of experience in the Human Resources discipline.
:Must have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
:Previous experience with Infinium HR is a plus.
:Must possess excellent time management skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and the ability to work independently or in a team setting.
:Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and other Team Members of different backgrounds and levels of experience.
:Must be able to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays. 13;
