ROLE of the POSITION The program manager will report to the Executive Director of the Troesh Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation (the Center) and manage the daily business operations essential to the Center's mission. This person will be a primary frontline community engagement contact for the Center and will work with and support the Center Executive Director and Research Director to develop, execute and maintain Center programs. This position will also oversee the logistics of Center events, prepare, track and report annual budgets, and process financial documents. The position will also perform administrative duties as well as coordinate the administrative activities of Center graduate assistants. Responsibilities would include but not limited to: A primary point of community and stakeholder contact for the Center Support the Center Executive Director and Research Director Support ongoing collaboration with Center stakeholders Support the coordination and execution of all Center events, including the Southern Nevada Business Plan Competition, symposia, and conferences. Support administration of grant funded programs, such as the NSF I-Corps Site program. Support administration of Rebel Venture Fund. Work with LEE Director of Communications to create and distribute marketing materials for the Center. Work with graduate assistants; maintain financial records for the Center. Reconcile P-Card transactions, manage travel documents, etc. QUALIFICATIONS This position requires a Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited college or university and 5 Years relevant work experience. SALARY RANGE Salary competitive with those at similarly situated institutions. Position is contingent upon funding.
