RubinBrown LLP is seeking accountants to prepare and/or review tax returns during our busy season (February through April 2018).


The responsibilities of aTax Season Only Preparer/Reviewer in Tax Consulting include but are not limited to

* Prepare/Review income tax returns for our clients

* Strong organizational skills

* Proficient in the use of various software programs required

All hired individuals will receive training on how to prepare/review returns in our tax software / systems.

Ability to commit to 40 hours per week is required with overtime likely. Day, evening and weekend hours are available.

Preferred Experience/Background/Skills

* Bachelors degree in Accounting or related degree

* CPA preferred

* 3 5 years experience is preferred

* Prior public accounting experience is preferred

* Prior income tax preparation, including partnerships, corporations and individuals is preferred

* Reviewer level experience is preferred

* Strong technical skills including the ability to effectively utilize technology and the commitment to learning in a technology environment

* Excellent supervisory and leadership capabilities

* Energetic, enthusiastic and willingness to take initiative

* Ability to meet challenging client requirements and provide quality client service

* Utilize analytical and research abilities

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word and Excel required).

* Excellent interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills

* Strict adherence to professional ethics

* Ability to successfully contribute to the success of a strategic business unit of the firm
