Looking for an honest, dependable person to join our team. Must be adaptable, a team player, and be able to work in a fast paced, constantly changing environment. In return we can offer and solid team of people who enjoy working together. Your priority will be assisting the owner of the company with various administrative duties. Some of them are outlined below:

Duties:
-answering phones, taking and responding to messages
-scheduling appointments
-creating and editing estimates, invoices and taking payments
-creating diagrams
-handling warranty transfers
-processing subcontractor and contractor applications and paperwork
-preparing paperwork (final walkthroughs, contracts etc.)
-organizing desk, paperwork, and personal affairs
-assisting with business operations as needed
-running errands as needed (mileage reimbursement)

This is a temp to hire opportunity
This position may eventually offer full time hours
