Expert Leak looking to hire immediately and is currently accepting Resume's for the following position: Administrative Assistant (Long Term Employment)

Duties and Responsibilities:
Accept incoming payments from Clients, pay out Vendors, Schedule jobs, answer phones, file away paperwork, create invoices, process payroll for employee's, enter data into Quick Books, help order supplies for jobs as needed, help with dispatching and scheduling, reconcile credit card statements along with any other tasks given by Management. Typing skills need to be atleast 40+ wpm with high accuracy. Attention to detail is a must. The hired person should feel comfortable wearing many hats as this position requires it.
Office Hours are Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM.

We prefer someone that has experience with the following:
● Quick Books
● Excel
● Word
● Heavy Data Entry (Accuracy Is A Must)
● Payroll
● Accounts Payable
● Accounts Receivable
● Scanning/Filing Documents
● Customer Service
● Light Marketing
● Scheduling/Dispatching
