This is an in-house position based at Galaxy Gaming’s corporate headquarters in Las Vegas, Nevada. The goals and expectations from this position are to assist the Compliance Officer in the daily administrative functions of the Compliance Department. Position Overview

This office position’s primary role is to prepare, review and submit accurate and timely gaming license applications and renewals, as well as ensure that the gaming licenses and approvals are maintained through compliance with the respective license conditions and/or requirements. In addition, a large part of this role will be conducting due diligence investigations as required to determine the suitability of potential customers, distributors, and employees. You will be responsible for researching, organizing, strategizing and complying with current and prospective licensing jurisdictions. Duties listed below primarily require extensive phone, email,and direct mail contact and video conferencingwith regulators, clients and possibly prospects,followed by communications with the executive management, board of directors and sales team.

Duties and Responsibilities

Prepare, review and submit timely gaming license applications and renewals.
Responsible for the accuracy of corporate and personal information held and disclosed.
Conduct due diligence investigations into potential customers, distributors, and employee’s through extensive internet searches and targeted research.
Complete all required administrative functions including but not limited to data entry, filing, archiving, check requisitions, scanning and scheduling appointments.
Be responsible for achieving aggressive licensing and inquiry response deadlines.
Research, collect, and analyze information used to determine initial and ongoing requirementsupon entry into respective market.
Responsible for initial and renewal licensing applications including, but not limited to, completing detailed forms and writing letters, communicating with governmental authorities and seeking required prior approvals.
Maintain a library of all jurisdictional requirements for licensing, occupational and shipping.
Stay current on rules, regulations and legislative requirements of the various gaming jurisdictions.
Assist with jurisdictional product submissions and approvals.
Provide support to the Compliance Officer as required.
Other duties and assignments as required.

Skills Required

A basic understanding of regulatory requirements for initial licensing and license renewals,
General knowledge of the casino table games market.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
Must be highly organized with sharp attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
Ability to solve critical and practical problems and deal with stress effectively.
Ability to exercise good judgment at all times.
Ability to communicate effectively with regulators on a variety of levels, which may include appearances in front of boards or commissions, executive director levels, staff levels, etc.
Ability to read, write and interpret detailed, concise and accurate documents, such as reports, policies, procedures and correspondence.
Ability to maintain organization, meet deadlines and possess integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint

Academic or Trade Qualifications

Associates degree from an accredited college or university andat least two (2) years’ work experience in regulatory compliance with either a gaming operator or gaming supplier, or equivalent experience/background with a regulatory authority.Additional years’ experience may be substituted for a college degree. Position may require registration with the Nevada Gaming Control Board (“NGCB”) or other gaming jurisdictions in which we operate.


Compensation will be based on credentials and experience and include a base salary. Bonuses will be in addition to the base salary. Compensation increases will result from exceptional performance. Additionally, a flexible benefits package includes medical, dental, vision and a 401K plan.
