The primary responsibility of the Concierge is to provide information to all guests and create meaningful itinerary arrangements or services for the guests.All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and The Venetian The Palazzo Casino Resorts policies, practices, and procedures.

:Key Responsibilities
:Maintains complete knowledge of all hotel features, services attractions, amenities, locations and hours of operation, all hotel and competitor restaurant food concepts, menu price range, dress code and ambiance, all hotel suite types, numbers/names, layout appointments, amenities, and locations, local events, attractions, holiday schedules.
:Anticipates guests needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day.
:Maintains positive guest relations at all times by resolving complaints and ensuring guest satisfaction by both guests and team members alike.

:Maintains Concierge code of ethics and behaving in a professional and kind manner at all times while representing the Venetian Resort Hotel Casino, the Resort Concierge Department and the profession of Concierge.

Minimum Qualifications: 13;
:21 years of age.
:Proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States.
:High school Diploma or equivalent.
:Ability to communicate effectively in a positive/upbeat fashion utilizing English, both in oral and written form.
:Have interpersonal skills with focused attention to guest needs to deal effectively with all business contacts.
:Maintain a professional, neat and well:groomed appearance adhering to Company appearance standards.
:Maintain consistent adherence to the Venetian and Palazzo Unmatched Guest Service Standards.
:Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
:Must Have at least 6 months previous experience as a Resort Concierge, and or Front Office experience in a Luxury Hotel, and or Host/Hostess experience in Fine Dining.
:Skills preferred are Bachelors Degree, multi:lingual, type at least 45 wpm and have a polished professional appearance.
: Exceptional communication skills and be able to work in a high volume luxury resort.
:Provides information to all guest inquiries and coordinates all guest requests by creating a meaningful itinerary for special arrangements or services in an efficient, professional and warm manner. 13;
