· Manage staffing and recruiting functions including driving process improvement in on-boarding and orientation activities, development of a recruiting manager tool kit and management of internal and external recruiting processes.

· Oversee US HR compliance matters and provide direction and training to the Divisions as regulations and legislation changes in the HR arena such as EFCA, E Verify, EEO, AAP’s, Global Ethics, etc.

· Assist with policy development, benchmarking and communication to ensure our policies are effective and competitive. This includes maintaining the policy library and tracking changes.

· Serve as the functional driver and process owner for the International Assignment Program. This includes working with the executive team to develop appropriate offer letters, oversight of compensation, immigration, relocation and other facets of the program and coordination with tax, payroll and other departments.

· Supervises HR Technician and provides back up coverage to the HR Generalist and HR Director.
