Position Overview: 13;
The primary responsibility of the Priority Services Runner assists guests with various requests from Housekeeping, Business Center and Guest Services. The position ensures that Unmatched Guest Service standards are met to guarantee guest satisfaction. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and The Venetian and The Palazzo Resort Hotel Casinos policies, practices, and procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 13;
:Key Responsibilities
:Provides timely delivery of any items requested by guests. Retrieve items from landing/service areas and return to proper storage areas.
:Anticipates guests needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests.
:Performs any and all functions requested in various areas of the Hotel Casino.
:Reviews assigned areas and complete general removal of ant trash or debris on floors.
:Maintains cleanliness and organization of floor closes; remove trash, wipe down shelves/counters; sweep and remove non:floor closet items and transport to proper storage areas.
:Performs other duties as required by senior management.

:Provide a service or assistance to meet the needs of a guest, client or customer.
: Proper performance requires knowledge of a specific function or activity and familiarity with policies and procedures of the department.
:Comply with policies and procedures of the department or section in order to complete service satisfactorily.

Minimum Qualifications: 13;
:18 + years of age.
:Proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States, high school Diploma or equivalent.
:Ability to communicate effectively in a positive/upbeat fashion utilizing English, both in oral and written form.
:Have interpersonal skills with focused attention to guest needs to deal effectively with all business contacts.
:Maintain a professional, neat and well:groomed appearance adhering to Company appearance standards.
:Maintain consistent adherence to the Venetian and Palazzo Unmatched Guest Service Standards.
:Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
:6+ months experience in housekeeping or hotel business center required.
:Must possess the abilities to perform a variety of duties with extreme care and safety.
:Must possess strong guest interaction skills and excellent organizational skills.
:Must possess the ability to effectively follow directions, to adjust to changing environmental conditions and to function effectively under time constraints and within established deadlines.
:Must be able to move between and around guests without interfering with or disturbing them. 13;

:Must be in excellent physical condition to twist, lift, kneel, bend, push, pull, reach overhead, and maneuver without restrictions to perform job duties and among tables, chairs, railing, and other various obstructions while performing job duties; as well as move and arrange various pieces of furniture, such as a sofa or desk; effectively transport cleaning material and equipment, weighing up to 50 pounds.
