Learn more at www\.westrock\.com\. **Clerk/Receptionist, Merchandising Displays \- Las Vegas, NV** **Summary** This position will be the first point of contact for many of our customers and vendors\. The receptionist will also perform clerical skills and be a source of information for employees and customers that visit our facility\. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:** Greet all visitors including customers\. Ensure they are checked in and understand site policies\. Issue badges and contact the WestRock employee the visitor/customer is here to see\. Answer calls on a multi\-line phone system and direct all incoming calls to the proper location\. Open and distribute incoming mail to all plant locations\. Receive UPS, FedEx, and the other courier deliveries\. Notify employees of deliveries and actually deliver some packages\. Send weekly mail to outside offices\. Order supplies and paper for various office departments\. Keep phone list current for the switchboard\. Maintain a supply of FedEx labels for outside mail and assist with shipping FedEx mail/packages as needed\. Update job postings weekly\. Assist with employee recognition events including planning, scheduling and set\-up\. Assist with making files and other administrative tasks related to HR\. 70% of time will be spent at a desk with very little mobility\. Serve as backup for coordinating the schedules of the Training Room, Conference Room and Safety Room\.
