Job Description:/h3:


Job Duties:
* Greets employees, guests, and vendors in a professional, friendly, and hospitable manner.
* Answers phones and directs calls accordingly in a professional manner.
* Responds to all email in a timely manner.
* Keeps the kitchen clean and stocked with supplies throughout the day. Cleans out microwaves and all refrigerators on a bi:monthly frequency.
* Receives faxes and directs them accordingly.
* Receives and signs any incoming USPS mail, UPS, FedEx, etc.
* Follows all organizational systems, programs, training, policies, and procedures as required and complies with relevant legal mandates. Seeks guidance as necessary.
* Handles various other duties as delegated by the Office Manager.
* Collects rents during the beginning of each month.
* Maintain neat appearance of lobby, reception desk, kitchen and conference rooms
* Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
* Assisting office manager in marketing areas that are needed. Example: creating spreadsheets, doing in office research, maintain monthly reports.
* Sends out monthly lease renewals for tenants
* Screens rental applications
* Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies
* Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website and other related information
* Welcomes on:site visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel

QUALIFICATIONS:
* Fun personality and positive attitude.
* Pristine appearance
* Previous experience in customer service or related fields.
* Presentation Skills.
* Knowledge of Mac Computers a plus
* Bilingual a HUGE plus
* Fantastic communication skills.
* Must be able to pass drug test

Experience using Mac computers

Outline of Selection Process:
After receipt of your resume and Voicemail message, you will be notified within 24 hours or phone if we are interested in scheduling a short 5: minute interview with the Office Manager. ( During the holiday weekend response time may be slower due to lack of cellular service)
Following the telephone interview, you will receive an email or phone call to schedule an in:person interview.
Within 24:48 hours of the interview, we will make you an offer to join and you will be invited to select a start date.
