Position Overview: 13;
The primary responsibility of the Server : In Suite Dining is to deliver the best quality product in the most efficient and timely manner. Must be able to provide 5 star, 5 diamond presentation and service in the guest suites. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and The Venetian The Palazzo Casino Resorts policies, practices, and procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 13;
:Key Responsibilities

:Sets up all table and tray orders with quick efficiency.
:Has complete knowledge of the menu for condiment setup.
:Checks orders prior to delivering so that all ordered product is in best quality.
:Handles hot food and hot liquids to set up table and tray orders.
:Expedites orders within the time quoted, with all the product ordered.
:Works in an appropriate non:hazardous manner, avoiding self injury and unsafe work methods.
:Must be regularly checked by supervisor to ensure proper handling of equipment and proper lifting techniques.
:Polish all utensils, coffee pots, urns, etc.
:Provide 5 star/5 diamond service in the guest suites.
:Conduct professional, courteous conversation with guest to identify their needs and to create a WOW experience.
:Offer any and all future assistance.
:Be well informed of property and amenities that The Venetian and The Palazzo provide to answer all guests questions thoroughly.
:Other duties as directed by management but not limited to:
:Walk:in coolers
:Discard all expiring items and empty containers, removes all empty milk crates and all items on floors, rotate product, and update all temp logs.
:Set:up areas:
:Condiments are fully stocked, china / glass / silverware are fully stocked, all dry goods are neatly organized, replenish all dressings, dipping sauces, dry spices
:Wipe down all stainless surfaces
:Beverage stations:
:Brew coffee, ice tea, hot chocolate
:Clean and restock juice reach:in coolers, dairy reach:in coolers
:Wipe down all stainless surfaces and stock all coffee packs, filters, teas
:Pastry/Bread/Toast stations:
:Restock all breads in lexons
:Pick:up pastry speed racks from the bakery
:Pick:up amenities from bakery
:Wipe down all stainless surfaces and empty crumb trays
:Hot line:
:Load hot food in hot boxes
:Consolidate fuel cans
:Wipe down counters, empty ticket bucket and bustubs
:Pick:up and drop off dirty/clean linen to the designated areas
:Replenish empty bins
:Warehouse items:
:Put away/stock all ware house delivery pallets
:Pantries, Logistics, Equipment:
:Clean and organize all pantries in V/P
:Move all equipment product between towers (Tables/Hotboxes, etc.) 13;

:Provide a service for others, and provide expertise based on information keyed, gathered, studied, processed or reviewed.
