Job Description:/h3:
The Customer Care Specialist provides excellent customer service to all prospects, owners and members that call into the National Marketing Call Center. The Specialist provides excellent customer service to all outbound calls to prospects, owners and members to activate their reservations and confirm their arrivals. The Specialist verifies package sales including, but not limited to, qualifying prospects, owners and members as set forth in company established qualifications, and doing so by following outlined company script guidelines and inputting the data entry with accuracy. The Specialist prepares confirmation letters and email post sale information as outlined by the company following a package purchase.
Detailed Description
Maintain a level accuracy of at least 90 of input for all data entry tasks.
Maintain a Travel Adventure Certificate tour conversion rate of 20 at the time of initial booking.
Maintain an average of 95 calls a day (inbound and outbound total) over a bi:weekly period. This requisite is following the first initial 30 days with the department.
If working a day shift, must average 5 reservation bookings per day or 50 bookings bi:weekly. If working an evening shift, must average 3 reservation bookings per day or 30 bi:weekly. This requisite is following the first initial 30 days after training is completed within the department.
Meet established minimum target quotas, per week, for activations, confirmations and servicing of inbound calls.
Responsible for making reservations, servicing all guests, owners and members.
Responsible for saving packages that call in to cancel.
Must be able to convert and qualify a tour over the telephone to a tour for a 120:minute timeshare presentation.
Must adhere to company and federal guidelines as they relate to the Do Not Call list.
Must acquire and maintain solid working knowledge of all resorts, company products and services as they relate to marketing and the company as a whole.
Ensure compliance of timekeeping, including clocking in and out procedures and attendance.
Provide superior customer service in accordance with the Company DRIven to Excellence standards.
Maintain the highest standards of professionalism when interacting with fellow team members, management, owners, members and prospects.
Operate office machinery (i.e., computer, copy machine, fax machine).
Assist in other clerical and analytical tasks as assigned.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
Ability to speak, read, and write in French/French Canadian with proficiency REQUIRED
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
Licensing as required by state laws and regulations.
One (1) year previous telephone sales, hospitality or timeshare industry experience.
Proficiency in speaking, reading and writing Québécois
Ability to type 35 WPM; independent certification to validate typing speed is required.
Ability to consistently apply training received on computer programs including, but not limited to, Atlas and Kronos.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Time management; the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
Problem analysis and problem solving skills.
Initiative and adaptability.
Detail oriented.
