Agrowing telecommunications/technology convention services company seeks an experienced,self-motivated full-time Customer Sales & Service Representative I (CSSR I)for our Las Vegas, NV Corporate office.

OurCustomer Sales & Service Representative I (CSSR I) will respond to customerinquiries / trouble calls through a variety of methods including phone calls,email, etc. ensuring a timely resolution and the highest level of customer service.This will require an understanding of networking, telecommunication, electricaland plumbing. The CSSR I will also identify, research and resolves technicalissues with customer's internet connections, receive and process customerorders, sell value-added services, collect monies due, assist field offices,and provide service desk support at show site when necessary.

* High school diploma or GED required.

* Associates and/or Bachelor's degree preferred.

* 1 3 years customer service experience preferred.

* Knowledge of data networking products/services desired.

* Excellent oral and written communications skills, strongtelephone customer service experience and willingness to interface withcustomers/management essential.

* Able to type 45 wpm.

* Personal computer skills required; computer literacy inMicrosoft Office, Word, Excel, Aesop and 10-key preferred.

* Must be available to work occasional evenings, weekends andholidays.

* Must be able to work with minimal supervision and be able toexercise independent judgment.

Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, etc.: CompTIA A+ Certification (ability to obtain certification within first 12 months ofemployment required, already obtained preferred).We offer a competitive salaryand benefits package commensurate with experience.
