Grade: The position is responsible for supervising the front-line operations of the M life Desk while providing service to Bellagio guests with a focus on M life members. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Bellagio policies, practices, and procedures.Greet and welcome guests, establish rapport, and provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving disputes and adhering to guest requests.Maintain an effective and efficient M life Desk Desk, through direction and supervision of all M life Desk employees.Issue complementary amenities based upon specific casino guidelines for levels of play.Improve employee performance by coaching, motivating, training and leading by example.Ensure that prompt, courteous and accurate service is provided to customers, maximizing access to M life Desk windows for customers.Proactively resolve any guest issue that arises, including the coordination of departmental assistance when necessary.Assist in balancing M life Desk Representative's FREEPLAY at the end of their shifts.Ensure all pertinent information is documented in daily logs, in legible form.Assist in approving point adjustments.Monitor service standards for employees to follow.Assure that proper procedures are used by M life Desk employees.Assist in managing slot tournaments and giveaways.Ensure that all safety policies and procedures are followed. Ensure games are played with the M life Desk Card legally and honestly.Coordinate job evaluations of M life Desk employees.Protect the confidentiality of all company files and documents under their immediate control.Maintain a professional, friendly and courteous atmosphere that provides guests with an exceptional gaming experience and ensures efficient operations.Maintain general property knowledge.Stay abreast of changes in the Casino environment to best serve the objectives of the organization and adjust plans accordingly.Provide excellent customer serviceTrain and update all Representatives on new promotions, myVEGAS and new partnerships.Balance transaction reportsPayrollPre-shift employeesComplete daily issuesEvaluate PlayersIssue FREEPLAYEvaluate and properly correct point issuesEvaluate and properly correct express comp issuesEvaluate and properly correct FREEPLAY issuesEvaluate and properly correct Tier Credit issuesAll other daily duties that may arise, not listedPerform all other job related duties as requested.Required: At least 1 years of experience in slot marketing and/or slot management.At least 1 year of guest service experience.Excellent customer service skills.Able to lead and mentor a team. Have interpersonal skill to deal effectively with all business contacts.Professional appearance and demeanor.Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.High school diploma or equivalent.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.
