Position Overview 13;
The primary responsibility of the Sr. Manager : Office 365 Administrator will be to administer, support, and maintain the existing IT systems as well as building, upgrading and deploying their Office 365 solutions for the enterprise.

All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Las Vegas Sands Corp.s policies, practices, and procedures.

:Office 365 administration including but not limited to:
:Exchange Online
:Skype for Business Online
:Security and Compliance
:Assess and evaluate the use of the existing Office 365 services, ensuring that they are being utilized appropriately
:Evaluate the potential need for additional services not currently employed in the existing Office 365 applications
:Administer and maintain Entrust Encryption solution
:Experience assessing business current Exchange and SharePoint solutions
:Experience working as a member of a team to implement, migrate and deploy both MS infrastructure and MS Office 365
:Manages and delegates standard administrative responsibilities
:Provides customer support for troubleshooting complex IT issues
:Demonstrates the ability to effectively use an incident/change management ticketing system, ServiceNow experience a plus
:Extensive knowledge of Active Directory administration including GPO, Domain Controllers and OU
:Extensive technical knowledge of MS Exchange versions 2003 and 2010
:Experience with application systems like SharePoint 2010, SharePoint 2013 and OneDrive
:Strong technical acumen of servers for administration purpose:
:MS Windows Server
:MS SharePoint Server
:MS Office Communication Server
:Dexterity in designing policy and operational governance frameworks
:Configures Skype for Business for your organization and reviews usage reports.
:Resets passwords, manages service requests, and monitors service health
:Opens support requests with Microsoft, and views the service dashboard and message center
:Resets passwords, monitors service health, adds and deletes user accounts, and manages service requests
:Manages the document storage for your business on SharePoint Online
:Thorough understanding of MS products: IIS, Active Directory, Lync
:Ability to understand and apply SharePoint capabilities and administer cloud services
:Consistent and regular attendance is an essential function of this job.

Minimum Qualifications

:21 years of age.
:Proof of authorization to work in the United States
:Las Vegas Sands Corp. is an E:Verify employer

:Bachelors degree required
:Advanced degree in technical subject preferred
:Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both in spoken and written form.
:Microsoft Office 365 subject matter expert
:Microsoft certification for Office 365 Administrators a plus
:ITIL Foundations certification is a plus
:Minimum of 5:8 years of experience
:Demonstrated experience in:
:MS Office 365
:MS Windows Server
:MS Office Communication Server
:Active Directory
:Working knowledge of Exchange Administration including:
:Anti:Spam
:Archiving
:Remote Wiping
:Compliance
:Working knowledge of:
:Federation services
:Domain Name Systems (DNS)
