Blue Line Protection Group, Inc., (BLPG), is soliciting and accepting applications for the position of Assistant Vice President, Qualified Agent Manager of Nevada s operations for BLPG. The position requires that the successful candidate either be currently certified and licensed by the Private Investigators Licensing Board (PILB) as a Private Investigator and Private Patrolman, or able to obtain licensure within a designated time-frame.

The successful applicant should possess a bachelor s degree in business, criminal justice, public administration or security management. Further, he/she should have military or law enforcement experience and be working towards a PCI, CPP, or PSP certification through ASIS International.
The acceptable applicant:
+ Must provide documentation of 3 years full-time experience as an administrator or manager in the field or licensed contract security and investigative experience in either private investigations, federal, state, county, or municipal law enforcement, or U.S. military in L.E. roles.
+ Must provide documentation of at least 5 years or 10,000 hours of investigative/private patrolman work experience.
+ Must be able to pass all State of Nevada background requirements as well as an FBI criminal history, and the State Qualifying Agent examination, if not currently licensed.
+ Must be able to successfully qualify with a company approved firearm/semi-auto pistol.
+ Must have strong management, budgeting, and sales process skills.
+ Must have basic knowledge and background in recruitment, selection, training, and handling of employee concerns and misconduct.
+ Will report to the Chief Operations and Compliance Officer of Blue Line Protection Group.
+ Will be responsible for armored vehicle fleet management.
+ Will require, on a fill in or needs basis, taking the role of security operator or armored transport operator.
+ Must have background in corporate investigations to include knowledge pertaining to the 2014 FinCEN guidelines and Cole Memo requirements.
+ Must have previous work in a regulatory function and will be responsible for knowledge and oversight of the regulations pertaining to the State s legal cannabis industry.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
+ Responsible for all daily H.R. responsibilities such as hiring, employee oversight, and associated employee job termination responsibilities.
+ Creation of office employee files and contract files.
+ Provide daily direction of office staff.
+ Seek out and negotiate new business contacts and provide oversight of sales process.
+ Ensure employee training to appropriate standards.
+ Provide oversight of business invoicing and payment schedule.
+ Ensure operability of the fleet.
+ Provide oversight of employee scheduling and work performance
+ Maintain oversight of employee misconduct investigations and make recommendations for disciplinary steps.
+ Maintain all PILB requirements and designated time frames.
+ Any, and all assignments as designated by the Executive Management of the organization.
This is only a partial list of duties and responsibilities.
While salary is not yet finalized the range is expected to be $65,000 to $72,000 per year. Blue Line is a startup business of less than 4 years, but offers medical, term life, personal time off (PTO). Bonus and stock options will be available based upon performance and merit. However, our fast growth will dictate additional benefits in the near future.
