The primary purpose of this position is to lead the collection process by maintaining good working relationships with Sales, Trade Development, Management and Customers. Lead the researching and resolution of customer payments, short pays and deductions to ensure the customer accounts are reconciled timely and in accordance with State Liquor Laws.Monitor and maintain collection of accounts, bills and deductions in accordance with state liquor lawsIdentify and resolve issues causing unpaid bills, short pays or deductionsMake order approval decisions based on credit proceduresReconciliation of account balances, identifying mistakes and correctingAssume lead role in the collection process, researching and resolution of customer A/R process and reducing delinquency AS degree in Accounting or Business preferable2+ years in accounts receivable or related areaHave knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within accounts receivable fieldExcellent MS Office skills, with advance experience in Excel (i.e. VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)Proficient with automated accounting systemsBreakthru Beverage Group is an equal opportunity employer.
