Manage Loan Servicing processes as it relates to the escrow lifecycle (including tax disbursements, mortgage insurance and escrow analysis), payment handling, file maintenance, customer inquiries and research, boarding audits etcRecruit and retain high performing employees Exhibit strong leadership presence by engaging staff in modeling and setting clear expectations Manage production, quality, time lines and employee performance Comprehend complex issues and identify business impacts Define and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Ability to manage vendors Understanding of Mortgage loan process and the associated services that are needed to complete a transaction Experience working with a Loan Servicing System 5 years experience in a Managerial capacity with cross:functional teams; demonstrated leadership ability in motivating, directing, and managing a large and diverse staffExperience with good working knowledge of investor, agency and regulatory guidelines with the ability to identify and implement process improvement opportunitiesHave a thorough understanding of the business units operational processes and the implications on other groups that function within the operationsCoordinate projects, audits and/or reports as directed by senior management in a timely manner; must be able to adapt to changing business strategiesPlanning and organizational skills, including the ability to lead and participate in multiple initiatives simultaneously and to effectively prioritize tasksBachelorA?s degreePreferred:3 years recent experience with mortgage servicing; in:depth knowledge of Tax, Escrow Analysis, Insurance, Audits, Customer ServiceJack Henry Experience Job Functions and Work Environment: While performing the duties of this position, the employee is required to sit for extended periods of time.
