Job Description

Summit Funding Group, Inc. is an international equipment leasing and financing company headquartered in Mason, Ohio. The company is hiring a fulltime Program Manager in the Henderson, NV office of Summit. The Program Manger will oversee both the day-to-day of financing of equipment sales transactions and personally support sales teams on transactions.

Essential duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet the needs of the business

  • Execute continual development of programs and specials to grow XFS as a captive for Ahern, Xtreme, and Snorkel
  • Manage and assist sales personnel located in the office supporting the Ahern sales by increasing the penetration across the country
  • Work with Direct XMG / Snorkel Sales Team to form, plan, and research new prospects and target customer/markets
  • Complete joint sales calls with the Direct XMG / Snorkel Sales Team on target accounts
  • Maintain and distribute weekly pipeline reports and other ad hoc reporting requests
  • Develop and maintain accurate data in client database
  • Attend weekly conference calls to discuss finance deals directly with the XMFG SKL Sales Team to ensure progress is being made in a timely manner
  • Prospect and close opportunities producing originations
  • Plan and attend multiple industry trade shows supporting the XMG / Snorkel sales within their booth
  • Develop strong internal and external relationships
  • Think proactively and creatively to overcome objections with the goal of closing more business

Job Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Undergraduate degree preferred
  • Three years plus of B2B sales experience
  • Commercial Equipment Leasing/Financing related experience
  • Managing and directing financial sales activities in a vendor environment

  • Knowledge and familiarity working with CRM systems (Sales Force)
  • Ability to speak fluent English and Spanish preferred
