Job Description
Sugarboo and Co. is coming to The Grand Canal Shoppes. We are looking to hire an entire team to support our exciting new store. We are a worldwide company with deep roots in Georgia. We are now expanding into retail markets in Atlanta, South Florida, Texas, Kentucky and abroad. Our first goal is to hire and exceptional Manager with the following work related history:
* A proven track record building and leading a team in a retail environment
* Visual merchandising skills / knowledge of home furnishings a plus
* Willingness to learn our brand and follow our goals and procedures
* A passion for our business and what we do
* Reliable, consistent and organized
Duties to include but not limited to :
Hiring and training staff members
Produce weekly schedules for staff
Handle cash deposits
Coordinates with assistant managers and key holders
Coordinate with inside office buying and marketing departments
Inventory controls
Paying vendors for products or services as needed.
Ensuring that our brand and culture is being represented as a reflection of company values
We provide complete training in our Roswell, GA studios plus experience in our stores learning our operations.
