What are the details of this position:
As a Talent Acquisition Manager your key area of responsibility will be, under the supervision of the AVP of HR, to execute tactically and strategically Recruitment, Internal Career pathing and IDP (Individual Development Performance) Program Management, AAP Plan Results Management, do reporting, and all tasks defined by Global HR. You will need to work closely with all team members of Global HR and GUSA HR.
To be successful in this role you will be a self:starter with strong written and verbal communication skills, and have the ability to quickly understand complex, technical concepts. In addition, the successful candidate will have strong analytical and project management skills with an ability to identify needs, develop effective solutions, and manage projects through completion. The successful candidate will also be able to manage multiple timelines and contrasting priorities to ensure timely results.

Duties and Tasks/Essential Functions:
Internal/External Candidate Management
Assess, Develop, and Maintain appropriate Recruitment Strategies for Geotab USA in Partnership with AVP of Human Resources and in line with global recruitment strategy
Improve talent pool internally and externally by identifying critical skills sets, education requirements and competencies per Job and engaging those candidates with Geotab
Effectively manage Geotab relationships with outside recruiting firms to ensure Geotab brand and recruitment methodologies, standards, expectations,, and results are maintained
Research current and accurate compensation cata to ensure adequate Compensation Plans and Job Salary offerings are commensurate with experience and job assignments
Manage and actively participate in Geotabs recruitment cycle, creating job descriptions, screening and interviewing candidates, pre and post employment testing, and candidate selection and offer
Manage AAP Plan Utilization Results to ensure good faith effort in remedies
Review, manage, and improve employer social media, Job Boards, and recruiting vendors for appropriate employer branding
Manage Geotabs student internship program by... Coordinate, attend, and facilitate Job Fairs, College Events, and Chamber of Commerce events
Manage Internal Candidate Application Process, Follow Up, and Transition Plan(s)
Continuously coach and assist managers on recruitment process as required

Employee Relations
Create an environment of trust, credibility, and cohesiveness through Employee Engagement, Responsiveness, Professionalism, Confidentiality, and Follow through on Employee requests
Ensure adequate and appropriate documentation, maintenance, and management of Employee interactions, investigations, and compliance required do
