The incumbent in this position is responsible for providing guests with a positive experience and maintaining Downtown GrandA?s brand standards as set by the Executive Chef.Maintain the kitchen stocked with pots, pans and dishware to continue seamless service by washing dirty dishes.Clean garbage cans.Sweep and scrub floorsPlace clean dishes, utensils and cooking equipment in racks or back on line.Working Conditions/Essential FunctionsThis position operates in a working environment that is subject to varying levels of noise, temperature and activityMust be able to stand for long periods of time. Ability to communicate effectively at all times.Ability to read and understand chemical labels.Ability to effectively and efficiently move around work area. Experience working in a fast paced setting.Ability to communicate effectively.Ability to understand and take direction.
