We consider the unique views and opinions of our Associates to be key to our growth and success in the future.The Distribution Center Manager of Loss Prevention manages all Loss Prevention funcions for Marmaxx Distribution Centers, directs, manages and coordinates all LP strategies and staff within the Distributions Centers as well as designs and manages LP programs for damages reduction, physical security and investigations, which safeguard Distribution Center assets. In addition, identifieds new programs, technology and processes to reduce losses within the DCs and stores serviced. ResponsibilitiesOversees the management and implementation of all loss prevention, physical security and safety programs for the shipping centers.Designs programs for shrink awareness, investigations, access control, safety, shortage audits and trailer tracking.Ensures all facilities maintain a safe environment free of workplace violence.Develops and directs contingency plans to ensure the facilities are secure during emergencies and labor related disputes.Ensures proper utilization of established Distribution Center best practices.Cultivates and utilizes critical partnership in the DC's, Home Office and Store Operations.Collaborates with Senior Management regarding all matters related to loss prevention and security.Develops shrink reduction strategies and physical security standards with DC Operations.Provides feedback to Senior and Field Management regarding the status of Loss Controls.Directs all recruitment and training processes for DC LP.Assesses the performance and leadership skills of all direct reports.Provides managerial, business and technical coaching for Distribution Center Loss Prevention.Models the behaviors that support Company core values: customer service, open door, maintaining a diverse workforce, safety and associate, legal and community relations.Performs special projects as needed.
