Job Description:
:The QA Pipeline Lead position will primarily support, test, and administer configuration changes for Identity Access Management (IAM). This is a hands:on position supporting and maintaining all components of our clients IT/software infrastructure (Commercial website, reservation system, Employee HR system, Crew Scheduling, Active Directory, Expense Reporting, Corporate Training and Corporate Travel, etc.) and other internal/external applications that interface with SailPoint IIQ. The individual in this role is expected to have a high level of understanding in IIQ (administration, configuration, implementation, analysis, support) and able to work independently on projects and problems of diverse scope while guiding more junior staff in Software Test Engineering, User Acceptance Testing, Business Systems Analysis and troubleshooting.
:Responsible for the elicitation and analysis of requirements in collaboration with Process Owners, Developers, Vendors and stakeholders, and effectively translating these into functional test
scripts/configuration requirements of the target solution. Identifies and establishes scope and parameters of systems analysis to define outcome criteria and measure:taking actions.
:IAM domain experience in areas such as identity management, provisioning, authentication, authorization,
certification/governance, monitoring along with experience in security best practices
:Operations and Support : Responsible for the ongoing operation and maintenance of applications for the assigned IT functional areas. This includes providing 2nd or 3rd level incident support, change management, and maintaining the upkeep of technical records and documentation.
:Collaborate with Infrastructure specialists and directs as appropriate to deliver and certify/test the target technology environment.
:Triage incoming post production issues and develop a plan to deliver resolution within the agreed service level.
:Deliver the highest level of customer service required to actively and proactively troubleshoot and investigate issues with the affected system as necessary to respond to multiple simultaneous level two and three production issues, while communicating the status of on:going daily issues and problem resolution
:Leverage a close working relationship with the various business units; work with business users to understand IT issues that adversely affect business operations
:Integrate with other engineering and project management teams to accomplish the business goals.
:Provides off hours support as it relates to IT functional area
:Manage software defect repair and shepherd the fix all the way through to the associated production software release.
:SQL and software testing knowledge to support software testing activities.
:Track production support tickets, provide dependable updates within the (Jira) ticket and ensure appropriate assignments and priorities within the agreed SLA
:Conduct detailed analysis of business technical requirements as needed to deliver the best solution. Document the solution within the (Jira) ticket.
:Contribute as a liaison between level:1 support (helpdesk) business, project management, product management and engineering team leaders
:Provide guidance to the team members, status reports, scripting and overall leading the release throughout the entire quality as
