<p>The Training Coordinator will document various technology implementations, create self-help tutorials, and provide training for the various technologies used within the School of Medicine. This position will work with unit application administrators, classroom and audio visual technicians, help desk and other IT staff to create materials and develop the necessary training resources to support successful technology implementations. Our main objective is to attract, educate, and retain doctors committed to practicing in Las Vegas, Nevada. UNLV School of Medicine will be the first public allopathic medical school in Las Vegas, Nevada. The medical school was officially established Aug. 22, 2014. In 2015, Gov. Brian Sandoval and the Nevada legislature approved more than $27 million in startup funds to help the school meet its deadline of welcoming its charter class of 60 students in summer of 2017. The medical school is on track to meet this goal. Previous experience in higher education preferred.
