Job Description:/h3:
:* Data Base Management: Input and maintain all client information, drip campaigns and business card uploads.
:Listing Coordinator
:* Maintain all Social Media platforms
: Agent Website maintenance
:* Transaction Management: documents, contracts, broker sign off, vendor management, SKYSLOPE,
:* Social Media/ Agent Website maintenance
:* Marketing: Eblasts /Leads/ farming
:* Flyers/Tour and Open House invitations/photo shoots
:* Answer calls / Take messages accurately and relay same to appropriate party in a timely manner
:* Mail :: incoming and outgoing
:* Calendar Escrows/Listing expiration and contingency dates, etc. in file and Top Producer
:* Process Listings/Sales Folder
:* Prepare and fill out Real Estate data input forms
:* Follow:up / coordinate paperwork
:* Create Airborne Express Packages
:* Prepare and mail just listed cards
:* Review closing documents
:* Schedule / Coordinate closing for clients and customers
:* Track statistics for:
:* CMAs
:* Marketing Leads
:* Listings :: includes current market conditions for Sellers neighborhood.
:* Expired Listings
:* Sales
:* Buyer Agents Leads and GCI.
:* Maintain prospect follow up plan for Buyers and Sellers.
:* Prepare/research for CMAs; including: tax record, CMA from MlXchange w/detail print outs, Assessor aerial map and Prudential listing packet.
:* Website maintenance and research.
:* Public Relations for escrow officers, lenders, agents, referrals and buyer/seller (thank you cards and gifts).
:* Maintain Referral, key box and feature sheet holder log. Log T.Ys, gifts and track ordered/delivered for all.
:* Break down listing expenses in Top Producer.
:* Listing book management
:* Maintain office supply inventory (help bring cost down by researching best prices).
:* Run office errands when necessary (key box readings, feature sheets, post office and more).
:* Maintain mailing list (ex. Referrals by Design, ect. . .).
:* Meet Buyers at properties along with photographers, appraisers; walk throughs or home inspectors as needed. (once licensed)
:* Set ML Exchange to inform you of new listings
:* Make temporary flyers for all listings ASAP (take photo of home at listing appointment if applicable).
:* Proofing all ads/have knowledge of ALL deadlines :: oversee that it is followed through.
:Must be proficient with Microsoft word, and excel. Experience with MLS matrix and Top ProducerCompany Description:/h3:
