Seeking to Buy an older Manufactured Home on it's own land... Owner must carry and take payments. I expect that it will need cosmetic work but must have a working bathroom and kitchen. I have been approved for 2 mortgages but they will not loan on old Manufactured homes w/Land. All I can afford is around $200 a month. Thanks
