Clique Hospitality will be hosting a CASTING CALL to fill positions for two brand new Lounges inside of the Palms Hotel. Please bring a resume and join us on the following dates:

February 12, 2018: 2pm:6pm
February 13:14, 2018: 4pm:9pm
Location: Palms Casino:Meeting Room One

To include but not limited to
1. Consistently following Food and Beverage sequence of service utilizing all proper procedures standardized by VENUE managers and chefs.
2. Adhere to weekly table and guest list requirements
3. Build and establish a personal clientele.
4. Participate in weekly marketing requirements including but not limited to:
3:4 organic posts to one of the following social platforms with information provided by the marketing team: Facebook, Instagram and Instagram Stories
Sharing of venues Facebook posts onto their own channels for Branding and awareness.
Posting and engaging (liking and commenting) with the venues social media posts as well as engaging with review sites such as Yelp.
Ability to use your likeliness in photos and social media content to promote the venues for digital marketing within various digital formats such as: photos, videos, live stories, digital ads, etc.
5. Responsible for a cash bank or impressed bank issued at the beginning of service.
6. Provides direction to apprentice and porters to ensure proper operation of the bar.
7. Greet guests in a positive, friendly manner and make them feel welcome.
8. Mix and serve drinks, proportioning ingredients to exact recipes and cost criteria.
9. Command full menu knowledge at all times and preparation methods.
10. Exhibiting proper knowledge, selling techniques and service delivery of both non:alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, and any menu items offered
11. Assists the apprentices and porters as necessary.
12. Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the bar.
13. Maintain a level of professionalism, that will make guests want to return.
14. Anticipate the guests needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency.
15. Bid farewell to guests, use guests name when known, and encourage them to return.
16. Actively working as a good will ambassador by exhibiting the Art of Excellence philosophy.
17. Work as a team, assisting all guests and employees needs and inquiries.
18. Perform all opening and closing duties, based upon shift assignment.
19. Maintain a bar inventory, orders product to maintain established levels.
20. Clean all equipment, tools, and supplies and maintain equipment in good working order.
21. Effectively communicate with management, hosts and service staff in order to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guests and/or other employees.
22. Follow all procedures and policies set forth by the company, division and department.
23. Follow all health and safety regulations.
24. Responsible for end of shift clean:up work as outlined by management
25. Conform to the department grooming standards, uniform or attire, and jewelry policy.
26. Always be positive, show enthusiasm, be humble, be thankful, and be respectful to all team members.
27. Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS: (Include equipment knowledge/use)
3 years restaurant experience and/or 2 years experience bartending in a fine dining establishment.
Experience in and ability to meet marketing requirements outlined by management.
Experience in and ability to meet social media requirements outlined by management.
Experience with social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, etc. and active participant in social media
Ability to work as part of a team in a high stress and high:volume environment.
Demonstrate experience and ability to work in a dynamic environment that includes frequent change
Possess extensive knowledge of Spirits, Wine and Food.
Physically able to lift and carry heavy trays and
