The Food & Nutrition/Cook Aide is responsible for the preparation of foods for patients, personnel, visitors and special functions within established policies, procedures and regulations. Performs a variety of cleaning and stocking duties as required. Sets up and delivers trays as needed and operates dishwasher. Serves customers and operates cash register. Three years training or experience in quantity or institutional food preparation and current Nevada Healthcard and ServSafe Certification required. This is a per diem(on-call/as needed) position.
