We build brands to inspire and enable our consumers to experience the confidence and joy of expressing their beauty, their way. **MISSION AND RESPONSIBILITIES** We are currently seeking a **_Full-Time_** **_Store M_** **_anager_** with retail experience in fragrance, cosmetics, and skin care, along with an entrepreneurial, sales-driven spirit for our location at in Livermore, CA. Candidates should be able to strategically recruit, train, and develop a high performing sales team. This position requires someone that is personable, energetic, highly organized and hard working. The individual should have a passion for the industry and should enjoy working with a team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: **Building Brand Equity:** + Ensure that the store team works to maximize sales volume and productivity of the store, while delivering outstanding customer service in line with our core values + Responsibly manage elements of profitability: shortage and controllable expenses, managing sales, scheduling, payroll and productivity. Strong cash management experience required. + Ensure adherence to audit standards, and gross markdown rates. Effectively manage store inventory levels. **Client services & Team Building:** + Develop and retain a strong team; ensure that new hires are properly guided through the on-boarding process, and are transitioned into our culture with consistent communication, performance reviews, and coaching. Ability to network, recruit, hire and develop talent to exceed expectations. + Cultivate strong and collaborative business communication to corporate management. Execute visual directives. Maintain high customer readiness standards. + Consistently demonstrate the urgency of engaging the customer in a professional, polished, and knowledgeable manner. Drive the highest levels of courtesy and respectfulness in how we interact with, and service our customers. Serve as a role model for associates. **Operational Excellence:** + Responsible for opening/closing store daily, checking in merchandise, maintaining appropriate stock levels and preparing cash deposits as needed. + Proven track record in achieving store and company goals, and in leading a successful sales team. Manage and influence team by clear communication of daily, weekly, and monthly objectives. + Must be a balanced leader that drives results, develops talent and focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience. Ability to lead by example, strong leadership profile. Energize team to achieve sales results. + Experience in opening new stores preferred. **THE IDEAL FIT:** + Bachelor's Degree + Minimum of 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in cosmetic and or fragrance store with direct P & L responsibilities + Ability to identify, hire and develop top talent + Ability to work well with all levels to build teams and partnerships + Ability to develop, plan and execute strategies to maximize opportunities + Highly organized and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities + Prefer previous experience with fragrance and or cosmetics line. + Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and extended holiday hours, based on business needs. + Must be able to lift, carry or otherwise move objects weighing up to 35 pounds when replenishing the sales floor .
