Job Description As a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for IC Bus, you will be responsible for working directly with the end purchaser and consulting within our dealer network to meet IC Bus sales goals. NavistarA cents € (TM) s lineup includes school, commercial, and multi- activity vehicles. Essential Responsibilities:Provide leadership by demonstrating excellent sales capabilities, expert sales tactics, and customer relationship managementProvide ongoing support to retain customer accounts and plans to aggressively acquire new customer conquest accountsPrepare comprehensive proposals to include value added Buses, Parts, Service, and Finance programsWork with cross functional team members in CSA, PARTS, SERVICE, AND ENGINEERING to maximize sales opportunities and tailor needs specific to assigned AORProvide leadership to dealer sales organization in developing strategic account level business relationships and ensure personnel has access to and successfully completes all required product trainingPrepare order forecasts by dealer and customer to achieve monthly charge-out goalEnsure dealer personnel are qualified and proficient in sales related competencies and capabilities to serve their market, refine, and customize the corporate business and vehicle center strategy to the local levelParticipate in fiscal year planning meetings to ensure sales plan facilitates IC corporate businessProvide all relevant information to Central Sales Administration (CSA) for complete understanding of key deals to ensure maximum probability of success Sales leadership responsible for selling the companyA cents € (TM) s products or services, sales results, executing the organizationA cents € (TM) s sales plan in order to grow businesses and margins by developing and implementing sales strategies and tactics, as well as developing new accounts and/or expanding existing accounts. Performs as a resource with high level knowledge of company products and services and introduces new products. Basic Requirements:BachelorA cents € (TM) s degree and at least 8 years of sales experienceAt least 1 year of lead experienceORMasterA cents € (TM) s degree and at least 6 years of sales experienceAt least 1 year of lead experienceORAt least 10 years of sales experienceAt least 1 year of lead experienceQualified candidates, excluding current Navistar employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
