Job Description Building Blocks for Business is looking for a talented, goal-oriented, proven Sales Consultant to join our rapidly growing team! This is an inside sales position, which requires a Life & Health Insurance License . Sales Closer Primary Purpose: The role of Sales Closer is to generate new business by converting new sales prospects into sales through inbound business to business leads. This is an inside sales W2 position with a base hourly + bonus. Responsibilities: Conduct virtual demo presentations to company decision-makers, explaining and illustrating all of the BBforB services, along with the capabilities, system processes, and enrollment expectations. Properly set-up new group with expectations of one-on-one agent assisted enrollments. Enter, manage, and maintain all prospects, opportunities, and account activity utilizing the Client Relationship Manager (CRM). Follow-up with groups in pipeline with activity logged in the CRM. Understand the marketplace competition.
